Refund policy

The guarantee

For 30 days after we deliver your finished photos, email us and we refund the full $199. You don't have to justify it, fill in a form, or get on a call first.

How to ask

Email hey@atareh.xyzfrom the address on your order, or just reply to any email we've sent you, and say you want a refund.

How fast

We start it within two business days. Stripe returns the money to your original payment method, which usually shows up within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Fix it first, if you'd rather

Most refund requests we've seen are really about one or two shots. Tell us which dishes missed and we'll redo them at no charge — and the guarantee clock keeps running while we do, so trying a fix never costs you the option to get your money back.

After a refund

We pull anything we uploaded on your behalf if you want it gone, and the finished photos are no longer licensed for you to use.

What isn't covered

Fraudulent chargebacks, and requests made more than 30days after delivery. If something goes wrong later than that, email us anyway — we'd rather sort it out than have you tell people we didn't.
